Recently the six principles for global warming legislation was released by Barbara Boxer of California. Maninly pointing out that there will be no consideration of carbon tax. The chairman of enviorment and public works committee says that the cap and trade is the way to go. Cap and trade regimes have many advantages, mainly integrating with other coountries yet dont garuntee success. With controversies in the years passed with such areas in Europe, people dont know which way to neccesarily swing towards helping solve global warming.With cap and trade syste,. the money made by a carbon tax could be given back to americans.

This editorial is important due to the fact that global warming is such a large issue in our society today. I do believe that this carbon tax would do our soceity well and in the end may really save not only us yet our surroundings.

This editorial was about Kerrys analysis of the tough challenges before US forces arrived in Afganistan. Yet Kerry left out a major issue,army equipment is absolete and desperately need an upgrade. Fighting for seven years, our troppes and equipment which in fact was designed in the 70s, has warn down. So our troopes must become more flexible because of offensive attackers. Unfortunatly funding for better weapons has been cut, maybe mr kerry himself will rise a voice to help improve the weapon conditions in the end.

I believe this editorial is not only very interesting yet very important. Not only does it convey the message to americans that our soliders need better support for weapons, yet sends out a message that we all need to speek out about this issue.

This weekend I read an editorial about justice ruth Ginsburg announcing that she has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She is a 75 year old lady and a very healthy and energetic woman of our time. Going through colon cancer in 1999, she has fought harsh illnesss before. Many are hoping that being a posstive woman will help her alot getting through this bad time. But public poblicity takes a large part in this, due to privacy. Yet many feel like we should know what's wrong with our chief justcies due to the fact this is such a huge job in our country. And I agree with this due to the fact that with them having such a large part in our lives, we should be updated with thier health.
